CCNA历次考试升级情况

640-507与640-407的区别

从IT认证考试资源网的新闻存档中可以看出640-507与最早先的640-407（考试截止日期2000年7月31日）相比只是增加了少许内容，这次升级的改变并不在于内容上，而是在于考点的侧重点上有了较大的改变。原先在640-407中被视为重中之重的OSI结构题目已经大大减少，而重点全部转移到了以太网交换原理、网络分段及VLAN上来，而OSI的内容大大减少。同时，关于WAN概念的题目所占比例也有一定增加。据ITExamPrep.com介绍这说明认证的重点已经由以前的OSI模型的理解转移到局域网的交换分段上。

640-607与640-507的区别

而640-607与640-507（考试截止日期2002年4月23日）的区别在于新的考试中增加了新的题型-实验题，IT认证考试资源网提醒该类题目会要求考生根据题目要求在模拟的路由器控制界面上实际输入相应的命令以完成任务。

640-801与640-607的区别

而目前的CCNA考试推出了2种考试途径，一般国人采用的640-801与原先的640-607（考试截止日期2003年9月30日）相比舍弃了Novell关于IPX/SPX的内容，增加了包括有效地址和无效地址、子网正确的划分、判断子网掩玛正确或错误的配置，二进制和十六进制转换，以及路由协议的排错的题目。实验题也由原来的2道增加到3道，实验配置范围扩展，不再像640-607只配置ip地址和路由协议，比如增加访问控制列表的配置等等。

640-802与640-801的区别

而即将在今年8月1日出炉的全新CCNA考试640-802考试则增加了部分关于WLAN和WiFi的内容，其他的详细介绍可以留意IT认证考试资源网的后继报道，同时IT认证考试资源网也将推出相关的CCNA冲刺末班车系列活动！

新版的认证内容包括：

WAN的连接；网络安全实施；网络类型；网络介质；路由和交换原理；TCP/IP和OSI参考模型等旧版CCNA网络基础知识的内容，此外，还新增加了关于无线局域网的基础知识。


除此之外，新版CCNA还可以通过以下两个途径的任意一个来通过认证：
　　
一、通过64 0-822 ICND1 （CCENT ）新课程 和640-816 ICND2课程
　　
二、直接通过640-802综合认证课程


新版CCNA 640-802考试主要考点：

Exam Description
The 640-802 Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is the composite exam associated with the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification. Candidates can prepare for this exam by taking the Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1) v1.0 and the Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2 (ICND2) v1.0 courses. This exam tests a candidate's knowledge of installation, operation, and troubleshooting a small network, including connecting to a WAN and implementing network security.
