2.       考了CCIE笔试不能刷位置

Dear officer:

I have passed CCIE (routing and switching) written exam and given a csco number as "CSCO111******" and now I am request for a position of lab exam. However, when I log in into the system ,it replys me an error that the number is invalid. please check my case and reply me as soon as possible.

my csco exam number is CSCO111******and the written exam result is ** on （考试时间）

2.要求重新发证

I am a chinese network engineer,and I have passed the CCNA (640-801) on Oct 16th, 2007.The Cisco Certification Tracking System shows that my CCNA certificate was mailed on Oct 22th,2007,but I have not get the mail yet.Please help me.
